Because we believe in growing slowly and tending carefully. After 90 days in your garden, your rose has typically begun to root, settle, and show signs of new growth. If it’s thriving at that point, you can be confident it’s well established — and our care has truly taken root in your garden.
-
We partner with UPS ground shipping and are very confident in their service. While we carefully package your roses for shipping, warranty of the shipping service is the sole responsibility of the shipping service and any claims shall be directed to the UPS shipping service using the tracking number provided to you.
A Note From the Garden
We track warranty claims through photos and notes not just to verify eligibility, but to keep learning and growing alongside our customers. Each rose we ship represents both our craft and your care — this process helps ensure both are honored.
